The Real Work Lawyer

Some years back I think it might have been this office where a personal injury lawyer sent me to get checked out after a car accident. There is nothing like spending all morning in the Van Nuys Building Permit Office and being told a drainage easement approved in 2005 and 2008, which is recorded on all maps, is insufficient because Public Works didn't build it. The inefficiency and expense in obtaining permits in the City of Los Angeles has well surpassed absurdity. The number of odd ball things required is also ridiculous. Reform is needed. Yes, it is true lead counsel, Karl Gerber can build commercial buildings and residences from the ground up. You better believe that helps in prevailing wage cases!
